Oiling Trumpet Valves
-You can take your valve out and oil it over a garbage can or sink. If you do this, never take out more than one valve at a time! -The number on your valve should face the MOUTHPIECE! -Valve #1 is closest to the mouthpiece. -NEVER TOUCH THE VALVE WITH YOUR HANDS! Hold it from the valve stem! -In this video, he says, "anti-clockwise". This means counterclockwise. Picture the way the hands on a clock would move if they went BACKWARD!
